Dekko ISHO Technologies signs an agreement with Fashol.com for a capital investment

Dekko ISHO Technologies (DITECH), a Dekko ISHO Group company, has signed a strategic capital investment agreement with Fashol.com Limited, a business-to-business start-up aimed at changing the country’s centuries-old supply chain to perishable goods by using technology, data, and efficient logistics.

The ceremony took place at Dekko ISHO Headquarters in the presence of Group Director, Prottoy Hossain, and Fashol.com Founder and CEO – Sakib Hossain, Co-Founder Mamunur Rashid, CTO Ashikur Rahman Ashik.

“The lack of food security is unfortunately one of the greatest global crises of our time, and Fashol.com has the potential to have an immense positive impact on this problem, nationally and, hopefully, one day. globally as well, “said Prottoy Hossain.

The key vision of Fashol.com is to create value for the Bangladesh ecosystem.

Their business offers higher profit margins on time-based payments to farmers, home delivery, hygienic vegetables and fruits, and hassle-free business for retailers, as well as traceable and safe food for consumers.

Fashol.com started its journey in 2020 and has successfully distributed around 1.5 million kilograms of vegetables and fruits among retailers.

The signing ceremony took place on October 16, which is celebrated worldwide as World Food Day and also celebrated by the company through the distribution of lunches to 2,000 less fortunate people, while Fashol has provided grocery packages to 500 people.

This initiative was undertaken in partnership with the non-profit association Bidyanondo.
